Consumers now check if a brand would somehow represent their personalities. So you have to make sure that you do not over-generalize or stereotype your content. Here in the Philippines, everyone can access the internet if they want to, and offending them on content will not make them a customer regardless of whether they want to like the product.

Always be authentic. Back all your statements with facts. This way, people will remember you and trust you. You will build a trust that will make them your regular customer for an extended period. You don’t want a short-time customer, do you? We may put links to our sources in our content so our audience can verify the piece of information we share with them.

The bottom line is, our choices of how content can be useful is now very vast. As a Virtual Assistant, we need to be resourceful. Hence, it would be best if you considered all the possibilities to market our service/product and be creative since I believe, as a Filipino, these two are already innate, and we have to practice them and put them in action. Learn to take the risk and be the best that you can.
